VitaFerm® Bio – Bio-Certified Yeast Nutrient for Safe Fermentation
VitaFerm® Bio is a bio-certified yeast nutrient to support alcoholic fermentation. The nutrient is based on inactivated organic yeast and supplies the fermenting yeast from the start with natural amino acids, macro- and microelements.
Through a special milling technique, the valuable ingredients are optimally released. VitaFerm® Bio contains no ammonium salts and ensures balanced, even yeast nutrition without temperature peaks.
Preventive use in must improves fermentation dynamics, promotes rapid onset of fermentation and ensures complete final fermentation. At the same time, the sensory purity of the wine is supported and off-flavors are avoided.
