SIHA® Vitamin B1 – Thiamine Yeast Nutrient for Reliable Fermentation

SIHA® Vitamin B1 is highly concentrated thiamine (thiamine dihydrochloride) for targeted support of yeast metabolism during alcoholic fermentation. It improves yeast propagation, ensures complete terminal fermentation, and reduces undesirable fermentation byproducts.

Application & Dosage

Maximum dosage according to EU VO 606/2009: 0.06 g/hl (600 mg/1,000 l).

Add to the must early before fermentation or to the wine during refermentation. Before adding, dissolve completely in a small amount of must or wine and stir in well.
