ErbiGel® Liquid 300 – Liquid Gelatin for Effective Wine and Beverage Clarification
ErbiGel® Liquid 300 is a 30% acidic hydrolyzed edible gelatin in liquid form for clarifying wine, fruit wine, and other beverages. Its direct addition allows for particularly easy and time-saving application, as prior dissolution is not required.
The product supports reliable turbidity removal and improves filtration properties. To prevent residual protein hazes, a combination fining with silicic acid sol (e.g., KlarSol) is recommended.

Dosage
- Healthy must: 15–30 ml/100 L
- Sweet reserve & young wine: 30–50 ml/100 L
- High turbidity content: 40–50 ml/100 L
Typical mixing ratio: 50 ml KlarSol/100 L + 45 ml ErbiGel® Liquid 300/100 L. A preliminary test to determine the optimal dosage is recommended.
Storage
Store frost-free. Close opened containers tightly.
