Oenoferm® Belle Arome – For Individual White Wines with Special Aromatics
Oenoferm® Belle Arome is a Saccharomyces cerevisiae var. cerevisiae yeast strain for producing expressive and fruit-driven white wines.
The yeast ensures a wide variety of aromas with white-fleshed fruit aromas, pronounced citrus and blackcurrant notes, and – with fully ripe grapes – also yellow-fleshed fruit nuances and exotic components.
Oenoferm® Belle Arome requires moderate fermentation conditions and good nutrient supply. The recommended fermentation temperature is between 18 and 22 °C.
