VitaDrive® ProArom – Protection and Stabilization of Sensitive Wine Aromas
VitaDrive® ProArom is a biological yeast nutrient based on 100% inactivated yeast, which protects wine aromas from premature oxidation.
The high content of reductive compounds, especially yeast-specific glutathione, preserves easily oxidizable aroma components. Thiol aromas and polyphenols, which are responsible for freshness and color intensity in white and rosé wines, are specifically stabilized.
VitaDrive® ProArom supports the yeast during rehydration and the proliferation phase, and increases resistance to oxidative, thermal, and alcohol-induced stress.
