Oenoferm® Pink – Wine Yeast for Modern, Dry Rosé Wines with Clear Fruit
Oenoferm® Pink is a specially selected wine yeast for the production of modern, international rosé wines. It supports a spritzy, dry wine style with clear fruit, floral aromatics, and an attractive pinkish-red color with violet reflections.
The fermented rosé wines show delicate notes of raspberries, red fruits, and a subtle spiciness. Oenoferm® Pink ferments evenly and controllably and is ideal for fresh, elegant rosé wines with an international style.

Fermentation Parameters

Recommended Grape Varieties
All red grape varieties vinified as rosé.
Dosage & Application
Dosage: 20–30 g per 100 L of must.
For optimal yeast vitality, it is recommended to use the biological yeast activator VitaDrive® in the same quantity in the rehydration solution. Depending on the nutrient situation of the musts, yeast nutrients from the Vitamon® and VitaFerm® families can also be used.
Storage
Store vacuum-packed, cool and dry. Opened packages should be sealed tightly again immediately and used within 2–3 days.
Permitted according to Regulation (EC) 2019/934. Tested for purity and quality. Application within the scope of good cellar practice.
