Oenoferm® Freddo – Cold-Tolerant Yeast for Fresh-Fruity White Wines
Oenoferm® Freddo is a cold-tolerant pure culture yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae var. bayanus) for producing particularly fresh-fruity white and rosé wines. The yeast is ideal for cold fermentation from 10°C and highlights varietal aromas such as citrus, grapefruit, and green apple.

Particularly Suitable for
Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Müller-Thurgau, Welschriesling, Grüner Veltliner, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Scheurebe, Silvaner, Kerner, Traminer, as well as for rosé production and sparkling wine production.
Dosage
Recommended addition: 20–40 g per 100 liters of must. For optimal fermentation reliability, combination with a biological yeast activator is recommended.
