Granucol® FA – Activated Carbon for Targeted Color Correction in Wine

Granucol® FA is a pelleted activated carbon of plant origin for the targeted reduction of polyphenols and for color correction in highly colored or brownish wines.

Due to the special manufacturing process, the granules only disintegrate after wetting in the liquid and develop a high adsorption capacity. Granucol® FA is used to reduce undesirable colorants and improve sensory balance.

The product is approved according to Regulation (EU) 2019/934 and is suitable for professional winemaking in cellars. A preliminary test is recommended.

Application
