Trenolin® FastFlow – Special Enzyme for Fast Must Clarification and Better Filtration
Trenolin® FastFlow is a high-performance pectinase enzyme for use in mash and must. It ensures very fast and intensive pectin degradation, even in high-pectin grape varieties, and significantly improves pressing performance, must clarification, and subsequent filtration.
Through the targeted breakdown of poorly soluble pectin components, the viscosity of the must is rapidly reduced. The result is a clear must with higher free run and significantly improved processing in further cellar operations.

Recommended for
High-pectin white and red grape varieties, such as Silvaner, Gewürztraminer, as well as red wine mashes.
Dosage
- White wine mash / must: 6–10 ml per 100 kg or 100 L
- Red wine mash up to 25 °C: 4–8 ml per 100 kg or 100 L
- Red wine mash from 45 °C: 3–6 ml per 100 kg or 100 L
Application
Dilute the recommended enzyme quantity with a small amount of liquid and stir evenly into the mash or must. Bentonite should only be used after complete pectin degradation.
Storage
Store in a cool place. Close opened packages tightly and use promptly.
Permitted according to Regulation (EC) 2019/934. Application within the scope of good cellar practices.
