HarmoVin® – Gentle Wine Harmonization, Casein-Free
HarmoVin® is a casein-free, powdered treatment agent for the gentle harmonization of wine. Thanks to its balanced combination of gelatin, PVPP, and silicates, HarmoVin® works effectively but not aggressively – preserving color and aroma.

Application & Dosage
- Harmonization: 10 – 20 g/100 L
- Light correction: 20 – 30 g/100 L
- Tannin treatment: 30 – 50 g/100 L
- Correction of off-notes: 50 – 80 g/100 L
HarmoVin® can be used at any stage of winemaking. Application after clarification is recommended, as taste imperfections are then more easily identifiable. Preliminary trials are recommended.
For application, HarmoVin® is stirred lump-free into 10 times its quantity of lukewarm water and added to the entire container with continuous stirring.
