VINIFLORA® CH11 – Malolactic Bacteria for White and Rosé Wine
VINIFLORA® CH11 is a highly active, direct inoculation culture of Oenococcus oeni for biological acid reduction in white and rosé wines. The culture was selected from German Riesling must and is particularly suitable for simultaneous inoculation already at the must stage.
VINIFLORA CH11 ensures a fast and complete degradation of malic acid, leading to harmonious, microbiologically stable wines with a balanced acid structure.

Application
Sprinkle the product directly into the must or wine and stir in without oxygen ingress. Ideal for simultaneous inoculation or immediately after the completion of alcoholic fermentation.

- Free SO₂ ≤ 20 mg/l
- Optimal temperature: 15–20 °C
