Vitamon® B Sticks & Combi – yeast nutrients to support fermentation activity

Vitamon® B Sticks and Vitamon® Combi support the dynamic fermentation activity and compensate for an undersupply of the must. They promote yeast metabolism, improve aroma formation and ensure complete fermentation.

Vitamon® B Sticks

• Contains thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1)
• Promotes yeast metabolism

Vitamon® Combi

• Combination of diammonium hydrogen phosphate and vitamin B1
• Nitrogen source easily absorbed by yeast

Dosage

Vitamon B Sticks: 65 mg / 100 L (1 stick per 1,000 L)
Vitamon® Combi: 30 – 50 g / 100 L

Tip: A staggered dose (2–3 doses) optimizes metabolism, fruit ester formation and aroma expression.

Ideal for nutrient-poor musts or botrytis-contaminated reading material.
