VitaFerm® Ultra – complex nutrient for safe and pure fermentation

VitaFerm® Ultra is a complete nutrient complex for alcoholic fermentation. It combines diammonium phosphate with inactive yeast and yeast cell walls and provides the yeast with all essential nutrients for safe, complete and aromatically stable fermentation.

Dosage

Recommended dosage depending on the nutrient situation of the must.
Staggered dose: 3 x 30 g/100 l (up to a maximum of 2⁄3 of fermentation).
Maximum allowed (EU): 100 g/100 L.

Nitrogen input: 20 g/100 L increase the YAN by 28 mg/L.

Application

Suspend VitaFerm® Ultra in must or water and add to the fermentation tie. Not suitable for rehydration batches.
