VINIFLORA® CH35 – Lactic acid bacteria for biological acid degradation
VINIFLORA® CH35 is a highly active Oenococcus oeni preparation for the safe induction of biological acid degradation (BSA) in white and rosé wines. Direct application as a dry product enables rapid, controlled and complete malic acid degradation.

Application
- Sprinkle immediately after the alcoholic fermentation

- Alcohol content not exceeding 14 % by volume
- pH ≥ 3,0
