VEGEFINE® – Herbal protein beauty for must and wine

VEGEFINE® is a 100% herbal fining agent based on patatin (potato protein). It serves the efficient clarification of must and wine and replaces classic animal fining agents. The product is approved for organic winemaking.

Scope of application

• Most: Removal of oxidised phenols
• Wine: Clarification, tannin reduction, colour polish

Dosage

• White and rosé must: 5–30 g/hl
• Press must: 10–50 g/hl
• White and rosé wine: 2–15 g/hl
• Red wine: 2–8 g/hl
• EU maximum quantity: 50 g/hl

Application

Rehydrate VEGEFINE® in ten times weight water (1 kg to 10 L water). Use the solution on the same day and thoroughly pump over for a homogeneous distribution. Do not touch directly in the wine.
