SUPERSTART® Blanc & Rosé – Rehydration Nutrient for Aromatic White & Rosé wines

SUPERSTART® Blanc & Rosé is a special yeast nutrient from inactivated yeasts for the rehydration of active dry yeasts. It improves the viability of the yeast, increases fermentation safety and provides pure, aromatically complex wines.

Application

Dosage: 20–30 g/hL to be fermented.
Add to the water to rehydrate the active dry yeast (not directly into the tank).
