SIHAFERMTM element
SIHAFERMTM Element – Typical white wine yeast
SIHAFERMTM element is a selected dry cultivated yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) for the preservation of the aroma characteristic of the grape variety. The yeast strain comes from a biodynamic winery in the Palatinate and was selected especially for the promotion of mineral, clear white wine profiles.
The yeast supports complete and safe fermentation at moderate temperatures and does not overlap the aroma profile with dominant fruit esters or higher alcohols. Ideal for terroir-produced white wines with precise varietal typicality.
