SIHA® PROFERMTM Plus – Combined yeast nutrient for safe and trouble-free fermentation

SIHA® PROFERMTM Plus is an optimised combination yeast nutrient made from diammonium hydrogen phosphate (DAP), ammonium sulphate, vitamin B1 and a special yeast cell wall preparation.

The balanced nutrient combination compensates for nitrogen, phosphate and vitamin deficiencies in the must and ensures rapid yeast multiplication and stable, safe fermentation – even under difficult must conditions.

Dosage

• Maximum 40 g/hl (legal maximum)
• Addition directly before or with pure breeding yeast
• Optional addition at half-time of fermentation

Application

• Stir directly into the must
• Pay attention to uniform distribution
• Observing legal limits

Storage

• 4–10 °C shelf life up to 3 years
• Short-term storage even at 20°C
• Use open packs immediately

Note: In the case of additional use of DAP or vitamin B1, the legal limits must be taken into account.
