SIHA® PROFERMTM H+2 – Combined yeast nutrient for safe fermentation

SIHA® PROFERMTM H+2 is an optimised combination yeast nutrient made up of 80% specially inactivated yeasts and 20% diammonium phosphate (DAP). It supplies the yeast with bioavailable nitrogen, amino acids, vitamins of the B group and minerals.

The nutrient is particularly suitable for low-nutrient musts, highly pre-clarified musts and difficult fermentation conditions. It supports safe alcoholic fermentation and reduces the risk of false aromas.
