SIHA® Pectinase W Liquid is a liquid pectolytic enzyme for the targeted clarification of white and rosé musts. The preparation supports the rapid degradation of pectins and improves self-clarification and filterability.

Due to the efficient pectin degradation, viscosity and Trub content are reduced. This leads to a better juice yield, shorter service lives and a compact trunk depot.
