Fermentation salt yeast nutrient – diammonium phosphate (DAP) for safe fermentation

fermentation yeast nutrient is a pure diammonium phosphate (DAP) for the targeted support of yeast nutrition in must, wine and fuel mash. It is used in particular in difficult or stalling fermentations and ensures stable, complete fermentation.

Application & Dosage

Fermentation salt can be pre-dissolved directly in a little juice or cold water and then added to the fermentation material. Mix well for an optimal effect.

Recommended dose:
100 g per 100 litres of must, wine or spirit.
