Seporit® PORE-TEC – Mostbentonite with PORE-TEChnology

Seporit® PORE-TEC is a specially granulated calcium-sodium bentonite for targeted must precipitation. Due to its porous sponge-like surface structure, it adsorbs proteins and troublesome must ingredients particularly intensively and selectively. This creates optimal conditions for clean fermentation and pure, fresh wines.

Application & Dosage

Dosage:

Average protein contents: 50 – 150 g/100 L must
High protein contents: 150 – 250 g/100 L must

Seporit® PORE-TEC can be dosed directly or stirred in 5-10 times the amount of water. Before addition, stirring and swelling for 3-6 hours is recommended. During dosage, the must should be kept in good motion.
