OenoPur® – Preventive must treatment against bitterness & Astringent

Application

OenoPur® is directly in juice or mash given and by vigorous stirring evenly distributed. Thereafter: at least 20 minutes wait before any further treatment agents are added or filtered.

Dosage (indicative values)

• 30–40 g/100 kg mash: gentle processing, better juice clarification
• 40–100 g/100 kg mash: heavier mechanical load, some immature or hail damaged grapes
• 40–60 g/100 L juice: Optimization of juice clarification, reduction of phenolic notes
