Oenodose 5 – Bubbling sulphur tablets for small containers (tank & Barrique

Oenodose 5 are: SO2-releasing sulphur tablets From Potassium metabisulfite (effective share) and Potassium bicarbonate. By Sparkling in wine SO2 is released and distributed more easily. The small tablets are specially designed for Sulphurisation of wine in small containers suitable – e.g. Small tanks or Barriques.

Effect/concentration

1 tablet is placed approx. 5 g of pure SO2 Free.

Dosage (indicative values) 

• 1 tablet in 225 L (barrique) ≈ 22 mg SO2/L
• 1 tablet in 1,000 L ≈ 5 mg SO2/L

Application

Add several tablets as needed. For a better distribution of the tablets successively submitting and During sparkling The tank contents Mixing. Observe legal requirements.
