LAFFORT NUTRISTART® – yeast nutrient and fermentation activator for alcoholic fermentation

NUTRISTART® by LAFFORT is a complex yeast nutrient and fermentation activator for targeted support of yeast reproduction and safe alcoholic fermentation. The balanced combination of mineral and organic nitrogen and thiamine provides yeasts with important nutrients and growth factors.

NUTRISTART® combined Ammonium phosphate, inactivated yeasts, yeast autolysates and thiamine. As a result, both rapidly assimilable mineral nitrogen and organic nitrogen from yeast derivatives are available to the yeast.

Composition

NUTRISTART® consists of a combination of different nutrient sources. These include: Ammonium phosphate, inactivated yeasts, yeast autolysates and thiamine. The combination makes it possible to supply the yeasts as needed during alcoholic fermentation.

Application

NUTRISTART® is used to support yeast proliferation and ensure regular alcoholic fermentation. The dosage should be based on the nutrient requirements of the must and the information in the current technical product fiche.
