MOST-PUR® CF (casein-free)

MOST-PUR® CF is a casein-free special preparation from the manufacturer Keller Mannheim for preventive must treatment. It improves the taste, smell and color of the must and reduces unwanted tanning reactions. The product is immediately ready for use, readily soluble and ensures improved flocculation of the tarts and a higher must yield. Suitable for white, rosé and red musts and free of allergenic ingredients. 

The powder is immediately ready for use, is sprinkled directly into the must and ensures rapid, compact sedimentation of the twigs. This reduces must losses and significantly improves filterability. MOST-PUR® CF is suitable for white, rosé and red musts and does not contain allergenic ingredients.
