Infaco AT1000 – fully automatic battery binding device

The Infaco AT1000 is the electric binding device for professional wine and fruit cultivation. It binds fully automatically in less than half a second and absorbs shoots up to 28 mm in diameter. The handling corresponds to the electric shear F3020: from the cut to the tethering, the movement remains the same.

The device binds simple and double Guyot, bow cut, chablis and trellis. The wide opening of the beak also works on thicker shoots, such as raspberry or kiwi.

This is how the device works

• Four twisting stages, selectable directly on the display. The strength of the knot depends on wood, cut and weather.
• Step 4 gives more wire length for larger diameters.
• Dual motion: synchronized reels push the wire forward, the beak stops. A movable forceps pulls the wire into the opening, the turnstile twists, the knife cuts off.
• Commissioning in three steps: place the spool in the reel, insert the wire, actuate the trigger.
• Coil change in about 30 seconds. The upper cover opens by finger pressure, the monoblock module remains together while waiting.

AT185BC battery

Removable lithium-ion battery, 10.8 V, 3.35 Ah / 36 Wh, about 230 g. One charge is sufficient for up to 8,000 bindings, the full charge lasts 3 hours. For long applications, the battery can be exchanged for a second, optional battery.

Wire

Infaco coils with paper-coated steel wire. The paper is degradable and protects the shoot from being cut. A spool with 400 m is sufficient for more than 3,000 bindings, the double wire 2 × 0.36 mm (350 m) for more than 2,600. The bond lasts about 8 to 12 months. Coils are not included. Appropriate references, cardboard for 20 units: ATCB36 (0,36 mm), ATCB40 (0,40 mm), ATCB44 (0,44 mm), ATCB236 (2 × 0,36 mm).

Wire coil not included. This version is the AT1000 with its own 10.8V battery. The AT100036 for the 36V back batteries of the Astscheren F3020 and F3015 is a separate unit.
