Heating rod MG-02 1000 Watts – temperature control for must and wine
The Heating rod MG-02 with 1000 watts serves for the controlled heating of must and wine in the professional winery. Especially in Biological acid degradation (BSA) The heating rod supports a constant temperature control and ensures optimal conditions during winemaking.
The integrated temperature controller automatically switches off the heating rod as soon as the set temperature has been reached. If the temperature drops again, the device is activated again independently. This maintains a constant temperature and reliably prevents overheating of the wine.
With a power of 1000 watts a temperature increase of approx. 0,8 °C per 1000 litres per hour to be achieved. For example, 3000 liters of wine can be heated by about 2 °C within about 8 hours.
The heating rod is placed over a Power take-off valve Size 37 assembled and consists of robust stainless steel (AISI 304 / V2A) stainless steel.
