HarmoVin® – Gentle wine harmonization, casein-free

HarmoVin® is a casein-free, powdery treatment agent for the gentle harmonisation of wine. Thanks to the balanced combination of gelatin, PVPP and silicates, HarmoVin® is effective, but not aggressive – gentle on colour and aroma.

Application & Dosage

• Harmonisation: 10 – 20 g/100 L
• Slight correction: 20 – 30 g/100 L
• Tanning treatment: 30 – 50 g/100 L
• Correction of misstones: 50 – 80 g/100 L

HarmoVin® can be used at any stage of winemaking. The application is recommended after clarification, since uneven tastes are then better recognizable. Preliminary testing is recommended.

For use, HarmoVin® is stirred into the 10-fold quantity of water, which is hand-warm, free of lumps, and added to the total container with constant stirring.
