Granucol® GE – activated carbon for the removal of unwanted odor and flavoring substances

Granucol® GE is a pelletized Active carbon of vegetable originspecially designed to adsorb unwanted Odour and flavouring substances It was developed in wine.

Due to the special production process, the granules only decompose into must or wine after wetting and develop a high adsorption performance. Granucol® GE is particularly suitable for reducing sensory miss marks and improving aromatic purity.

The product is authorised under Regulation (EU) 2019/934 and is used in professional winemaking. A preliminary test for optimum dosage is recommended.

Application
