Granucol® FA – activated carbon for targeted color correction in wine

Granucol® FA is a pelletized Active carbon of vegetable origin for the targeted reduction of polyphenols and for Colour correction for high colour or brown wines.

Due to the special manufacturing process, the granules decompose only after wetting in the liquid and develop a high adsorption performance. Granucol® FA is used to reduce unwanted dyes and improve sensory balance.

The product is approved in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/934 and is suitable for professional winemaking in the winery. A preliminary test is recommended.

Application

Suspend Granucol® FA in must or wine before addition. The dosage is carried out depending on the treatment target. A preliminary test to determine the optimal quantity is recommended.
