e.San Filterbag – Filter bag for Mosttrub, Schönungstrub & Eisweinmost

The e.San Filterbag is a filter bag for Processing of small quantities of lees – e.g. musttrub from sedimentation or flotation during harvesting, Finishing lees (especially Bentonittrub) and Double salt deacidification products. By: Very open tissue structure Trub particles and filter aids are reliably retained, while the dynamic resistance remains low – for a good yield even at low pressing pressures (about 3-4 bar).

• Open monofilament fabric For good flow and safe retention

• San Filterbag Standard: 50 L (Ø 350 mm, height 1.100 mm)
• San Filterbag Big: 250 L (Ø 480 mm, height 1.800 mm) – with carrying belt & Loops

Material

• Filter cloth: Polypropylene
• Sewing thread: Polypropylene
• Safety belt (only 250 L): Polyesters

Application (short)

1. Trub with suitable Filter aids Stir (indicative values per turn, see data sheet).
2. Place empty filter bag in hydropress/pressing aid and fill it.
3. If necessary, return the feed, then close the filter bag and press it.

Cleaning & Storage

• Clean daily with water jet; Intensive cleaning only after the season.
• Do not clean in the washing machine (tissue structure may be damaged).
• Store dry and odorless, avoid direct sun.
