BECOCEL® 2000 – Long-fiber filter cellulose for Trub and press filtration

BECOCEL® 2000 is a long-fiber, high-purity filter cellulose for stabilizing filter cakes during Trubfiltration and as an effective pressing and drainage aid.

Due to its fibrous structure, BECOCEL 2000 reliably prevents crack formation in the filter cake, improves the liquid yield and significantly reduces the pressing times. Especially in the case of highly contaminated liquids, it ensures stable filtration processes and extended service life.

Application

BECOCEL 2000 is stirred into the mixing vessel with water or unfiltrate and then combined with filter aids such as perlite or kieselguhr. Recommended incorporation for Trubfiltration: 3-10 %.
